Background Checks & ID Badges are REQUIRED for ALL Volunteers:
This is an on-line registration process and has to be renewed each year.
All background checks expire every May 31st. Please resubmit your background check every year starting June 1st.

This account is different than your team account and will only be used for this activity.
Log back in to your account to verify approval. You will not be sent any type of notification. You must present a valid drivers license at the FSA office to get your ID badge. You can upload a "passport" style photo to your GotSoccer Coach Account before you come to the office or we can take your picture when you arrive. If you must send a representative to pick up your badge, make sure they have a picture of your current drivers license with them and you have a picture uploaded.
Again, background checks are required once per soccer year starting June 1st. Registration and background checks completed for the fall season are good for the spring season.
Coaches and Team Officials are required to wear your badge at all practices and games.
Each soccer year, fall/spring, a new sticker color is issued. You must have the current year's color on your badge.
Please notify us if you will not be returning to coach the team. We don't want to form a team with no coach!
Please wait until you have been contacted by FSA or a Head Coach before you complete a background check as a new adult to be added to a roster.
If you would like to help with your child's team, please talk to your head coach before you register.
If you are a minor helping with a team, you must complete the same process for an Identification Check.
