FSA holds clinics prior to Fall and Spring seasons. If no clinics posted at this time, check back.
Consider your time and availability carefully as a full refund will not be given. Read the Referee Clinic Refund policy.

Referee Clinic Refund Policy:
Participants must make written notice to the FSA office prior to 72 hours of the start time of the clinic to be eligible for a refund. ALL eligible refunds will be minus a $5 administrative fee.
BE ON TIME! Late arrivals will forfeit their spot in the class without a refund.

REFEREE CLINIC REFUND / WITHDRAW REQUEST FORM (complete online)

Age Requirements:
All participants 14 yrs old and older are encouraged to take the Grade 8 Clinic.
All students must attend all class dates of the clinic in order to get certified. Late arrivals will forfeit their spot in the class without a refund.

Grade 9 (Entry Level):
Fall: 12 as of September 1st     Spring: 12 as of March 1st

Basic Grade 8:
Fall: 14 as of September 1st     Spring: 14 as of March 1st

Grade 8 Bridge:
  Experience: Must have at least 4 months experience in Grade 9
Fall: 14 as of September 1st      Spring: 14 as of March 1st

FEES:

Fees Grade 9 Referee:      $25.00
Student Clinic Fee: Fees for clinic may vary. See FSA clinic fees below.
     (this is the class fee only and is paid upon registering for the clinic)

USSF and Insurance Fee: $40 and $5. Make one check payable to NTSSA for $45. Bring to clinic.
(this additional fee is to register with USSF as a refereee)

Uniform and Equipment Expense: varies

Grade 8 Bridge Course*: $30.00

*Prerequisite - Referee MUST be 14 years of age and currently hold or will obtain a Grade 9 badge prior to the course.

Scheduled Clinics:
Referees, 18 and older, are required to complete a Risk Management Form online (background check) and will be given instructions at the clinic regarding the new NTSSA online Risk Management filing system. Make sure you choose the 'referee option'.
