Congratulations to FSA Referee, Caroline Williams for being nominated and winning the North Texas State Soccer Association Young Female Referee of the Year.

Caroline was presented with the award by NTSSA President, John Sutter at the NTSSA Annual General Meeting awards banquet on July 17th.
